ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) – The Dr. Carter G. Woodson Museum has launched a new series where natives 85 and older are sharing their stories, which will be recorded and preserved in a new exhibit.
The Dr. Carter G. Woodson African American Museum has been preserving and celebrating local and national Black history since 2006. As they approach their 20th anniversary, the museum is reevaluating its approach to preserving Black history.
