ST. PETE BEACH, Fla. — Businesses in the Dolphin Village Plaza on Gulf Blvd. say customers have been slow to return after a fire on May 13. It damaged a CVS and Publix that owners and workers at remaining businesses say generated a lot of foot traffic.
“The foot traffic is completely gone. Zero foot traffic,” said Jerry Zamudio of the situation at his business, Beach Vibe Cycle Rentals.
