The development team behind a $500 million project in downtown St. Petersburg spent over $100,000 creating a mock condominium inside the City Center office building.
However, hundreds of local leaders and stakeholders celebrated more than the Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg’s sales gallery opening Wednesday evening. Many said the swanky event and massive development represent a new chapter for a rapidly evolving city.
