PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — One year after the storms, Pinellas County has a plan for its $813 million in federal funding to help its residents and communities recover.
The Board of County Commissioners approved a Mississippi-based consulting firm to manage and distribute that money, but only after raising questions and concerns about the company’s history.
