Flats on Fourth: New Affordable Senior Housing Coming to Pinellas County by 2026

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — A new senior housing development is on the horizon for Pinellas County, designed to bring both affordability and innovation to the community.

The Flats on Fourth, an 80-unit mid-rise apartment complex in St. Petersburg, is set to be completed by summer 2026. The $36 million project is a collaboration between the Pinellas County Housing Authority, the City of St. Petersburg, the National Housing Trust Fund, Pinellas County, and other community partners.
