Owned and operated by husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Tony and Dalia Morcos, the store recently celebrated the ribbon cutting of its brand-new location at 3615 49th Street North, St. Petersburg.
A Story of Local Entrepreneurship
Tony and Dalia opened their first UPS Store after long careers in the corporate world, including more than a decade abroad. Their vision was simple but powerful: build something of their own while serving the needs of local residents and small businesses. By combining their professional backgrounds with a passion for community, they created a space that not only provides essential services, but also creates meaningful jobs in St. Pete.
In just three and a half years, the Morcos family has grown from one location The UPS Store #6886 located at 740 4th St. N. St. Pete, FL to two—anchored by a commitment to quality, service, and community connection.

Each UPS Store is locally owned, and the Disston Plaza location is more than just a shipping center. It’s a full-service print shop with an in-house graphic designer, offering competitive pricing and custom marketing materials from banners and yard signs to postcards and business cards.
They also provide secure mailbox services with 24-hour access, along with notary, fingerprinting, shredding, and other everyday business essentials. In addition, the store has developed a strong reputation for packing and shipping fragile, high-value items such as artwork, antiques, and collectibles—earning trust from both individuals and auction houses across the region.
