ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — For years, Adam Peters has been known around his St. Petersburg neighborhood as a “Happiness Ambassador.” His Community Happiness Project — a colorful and quirky installation in his front yard — has drawn in families, neighbors and passersby, all looking to enjoy a moment of peace, connection, or joy.
“I learned about the power of positivity,” Peters said. “I started to apply it to my life. I found a ton of benefits, and I wanted to share that with my neighbors.”
