Florida family forced out of car at gunpoint in their driveway

ODESSA, Fla. (WFLA) — A family in Florida was forced out of their car at gunpoint in their own driveway, home security footage showed.

Two men, one of whom was wearing a high-visibility vest, snuck up behind the residents as they were getting out of a car in their driveway on Aug. 19, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

The video shows the gunmen forcing the couple into their garage, where an alarm was triggered, and they ran away. HCSO detectives later found an AirTag tracking device taped beneath the victims’ vehicle.
