The update takes place on Wednesday, October 30, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Enoch Davis Center, located at 1111 18th Avenue South.
Imagine the Deuces represents the City’s plan to foster business growth and community prosperity along the historic 22nd Street South corridor. - Deuces Rising Townhomes – A 24-unit development within the Sankofa project on 22nd Street South between 6th and 7th Avenues South.
- Voices from the Corridor – A community engagement effort that gathered input from residents, business owners, and stakeholders through workshops to guide the corridor’s future.
- Merriwether Project – A mixed-use development at 951 22nd Street South that will include both retail and residential space.
- The Historic Manhattan Casino – A 12,000-square-foot, two-story events venue set to reveal a refreshed design as part of ongoing revitalization efforts.
