TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Prosecutors are asking a Hillsborough County judge to keep a driver jailed without bond ahead of his trial after he was charged with killing four people and injuring over a dozen more in Ybor City over the weekend.
Silas Sampson, 22, was accused of fleeing police and speeding down the entertainment district’s main drag, where he drove onto the sidewalk and plowed into a crowded bar patio.
