Firefighters battle large blaze at Pinellas Park business with hazardous chemicals

PINELLAS PARK, Fla. (WFLA) — Residents in a Pinellas Park neighborhood were urged to stay indoors Friday evening as crews battled a large fire at a business with hazardous chemicals.

Officials did not name the business but said it’s located in the area of 62nd Avenue and 53rd Street. The Pinellas Park Police Department and Pinellas Park Fire Department had crews on scene just before 8 p.m.
