St. Petersburg Man Gets Over 5 Years For Multi-Million Dollar Mail Theft And Bank Fraud Scheme

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – A St. Petersburg man, Ah’Jhzae Diamondric Artag Berry, 30, was sentenced today to five years and five months in federal prison after pleading guilty to charges of bank fraud and theft of mail stemming from an extensive scheme that victimized hundreds of individuals and intended a total loss of over $380,000.

U.S. District Judge Charlene E. Honeywell imposed the sentence on Berry, who had pleaded guilty on June 4, 2025.
