Former Buccaneers fullback Mike Alstott and the Mike Alstott Family Foundation brought Thanksgiving meals to 31 fire stations across Pinellas County on Sunday. They visited 26 stops. Some stations got extra boxes to share with nearby crews.
Each delivery had turkey, sides, Bassano’s cheesecake, and Joffrey’s Coffee. Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Publix, Werner Logistics, and Bill Currie sponsored the effort.
The caravan stopped at fire stations from St. Petersburg and Treasure Island to Seminole, Lealman, Pinellas Park, Madeira Beach, Gulfport, and South Pasadena. Alstott packed three trucks with his family to finish the route…
