Art House, a 42 story condominium tower at 275 1st Avenue South in Downtown St. Petersburg, has reached a major milestone with the issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for floors 10 through 32, allowing the first closings to begin. The project is being developed by Kolter Urban and designed by SB Architects with interiors by ID & Design International.
St. Pete Rising first reported the issuance of the TCO last week, which permits the initial round of closings to proceed. The tower will contain 244 residences and is more than 85 percent sold, with remaining units priced from $ 1.3 million to over $ 7 million. Coastal Construction broke ground in June 2022, topped out in November 2024, and is expected to be fully completed in early 2026. Kimley Horn is the civil engineer, and Smith and Associates is the exclusive broker.
