ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — St. Petersburg City Council members voted unanimously Thursday to sell the former Science Center building to St. Pete for STEAM LLC, marking a new chapter for the facility.
The company plans to revitalize the site and expand its mission, bringing back the educational footprint the building once held and adding new technology-focused programs.
