A 66-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in connection to the death of 27-year-old Tanya Denise Jackson, a source says.
Andrew Dykes, of Ruskin, Florida, was arrested by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office on a fugitive murder warrant issued out of New York.
