Former pool contractor avoids criminal charge, receives probation & restitution order

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Former pool contractor Jordan Hidalgo has been ordered by a Pinellas County judge to serve two years of probation to settle two charges of felony contractor fraud.

Hidalgo was ordered to pay back victims, and as long as he completes the terms of probation, he will avoid a criminal conviction.
