When it opened in St. Petersburg on May 27, 2021, DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go made the US-wide debut of a proven restaurant founded in Italy in 2012 by seventh-generation Venetian chef Gabriele Dal Moro. The brand has since expanded in the Greater Tampa Bay area and beyond, with locations in cities like Miami, Orlando, Boston, and Austin.
After all that growth, the restaurant is up to something once again in St. Pete: Dalmoros is preparing to upgrade to a bigger location, relocating to a nearby spot at 683 Central Avenue. As St. Pete Rising has reported, the brand’s current home will soon be taken over by Central Gyros, a new Greek concept from Vjollca Dervishi.
