ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — The St. Petersburg Police Department said three people are in custody after a man was barricaded near Interstate 375.
At around 1:30 p.m., St. Pete police announced that officers closed the I-75 ramp that goes from the eastbound lanes into the city due to a barricaded man in the 1300 block of 4th Avenue North.
