ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — Deputies from multiple agencies, including the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, conducted a DUI Wolf Pack operation over the weekend.
The initiative targeted impaired drivers along roadways in Pinellas County to raise awareness about the dangers of driving under the influence and to reduce traffic-related deaths, injuries, and property damage caused by doing so.
Participating agencies included the Florida Highway Patrol, Kenneth City Police Department, Largo Police Department, Gulfport Police Department, St. Petersburg Police Department, Tarpon Springs Police Department, Treasure Island Police Department, and the Clearwater Police Department.
The criminal charges from the weekend’s operation included a total of 36 charges, with 16 DUI arrests and 10 others regarding misdemeanors…
