Pinellas County deputies and local police conducted a DUI Wolf Pack operation from 7:00 p.m. Saturday into early Sunday, targeting impaired drivers to reduce traffic fatalities, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.
Following the operation, law enforcement reported 36 criminal charges, including 16 DUIs, 5 drug-related arrests, 2 DWLSR arrests, and 2 individuals taken on outstanding warrants. Officers also issued 233 traffic citations: 90 for speeding, 15 for DWLSR, and others for seat belt and insurance violations. No open-container citations were issued.
