Tarpon Springs Epiphany

8 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6. St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 36 N. Pinellas Ave., Tarpon Springs. The day begins with services at the cathedral, followed by a procession to Spring Bayou. Once there, the Archbishop of America blesses the waters, reads the Gospel, and a white dove is released. After the dove is released, the Archbishop casts a cross into the bayou and young men dive into the waters. The diver who retrieves the cross is considered blessed for the entire year. Afterwards, all are invited to attend the Epiphany Glendi-Festival from 2-6 p.m.

Corey Ave Art & Craft Festival

10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 3-4. 300 Corey Ave., St. Pete Beach. The Corey Ave Art & Craft Festival celebrates creativity, community and handcrafted talent. Stroll the charming Corey Avenue district as it transforms into an outdoor gallery filled with unique, handmade creations from skilled regional artisans.

Canine Circus

11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 3. Central Park Performing Arts Center, 105 Central Park Drive, Largo. These four-legged cast members, guided by their humans, perform tail-wagging feats of courage, bone-dropping grand illusions, and labradorable stunts. $10-$25. LargoArts.com

Coachman Park Ferris Wheel

11 a.m.-10 p.m. Daily. Jan. 1-31. Coachman Park, 300 Cleveland St., Clearwater. People can enjoy an observation wheel at Coachman Park. Open Christmas and New Years Day. $8.
