120 MPH Chase: Police Clock Suspected Florida Drunk Driver At Triple Digits On Alt A1A

A Florida man found himself in handcuffs early Thursday morning after police say he turned a local road into a high-speed danger zone. Rafael Pola is facing charges after officers allegedly clocked him doing 100 mph in a 45 mph zone on Alt A1A, forcing patrol units to hit speeds of 120 mph just to intercept him.

According to the arrest report cited by CBS12, the incident began when an officer spotted a vehicle already pushing 75 mph in a 50 mph zone.
