HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — A Brandon woman is dead, and a man is injured following a crash on I-4 that caused traffic delays Monday morning in Hillsborough County.
The Florida Highway Patrol said this happened around 2:15 a.m. on westbound I-4 near Dover, when the 31-year-old man was driving a Subaru Outback.
