VENICE — Venice resident Wayne Ramirez, the son of Puerto Rican immigrants, has had a painting accepted in the annual Embracing Our Differences competition for the third time.
It and 49 other winning paintings, plus 50 winning quotations, will be exhibited in Sarasota’s Bayfront Park from Jan. 17 to April 19, and from March 7 to April 12 in Poynter Park in St. Petersburg.
