TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Customers of a major furniture retailer tell 8 On Your Side’s Better Call Behnken that the company is leaving them high and dry after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization in November.
They say they paid for furniture at American Signature but have not received it and are now being told their orders will not be fulfilled and no refunds will be issued.
