Protests held across Tampa Bay over Minneapolis ICE-involved shooting

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Over 100 Tampa Bay area residents rallied outside of Tampa City Council Thursday afternoon for a protest surrounding recent events in Minnesota. Another smaller group hosted a similar event in Sarasota.

Those who gathered hosted a peaceful event, showing signs and chanting against the Department of Homeland Security, President Donald Trump, and immigration policies.
