TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — An Oldsmar man was arrested Wednesday after throwing an infant out of her stroller, deputies said.
An arrest affidavit filed by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said that at about 3:30 p.m., Alex Miller Wells, 35, got into an argument with the victim’s father before “aggressively walking” toward the child and her grandmother.
