The official Jeopardy! quiz night at Voodoo
If, like us, you enjoy a good game night, then the BOGO apps special comes with perfect timing. Voodoo hosts free Trivia Night every Wednesday at 7 pm, led by DJ Robin. In addition to half-off apps and a full bar with cocktails, craft beer, wine, and mocktails, trivia participants can also win prizes and giveaways throughout the night. There are no losers in this kind of trivia night. Though that won’t stop us from trying to win.
Meanwhile, Voodoo has also introduced Jeopardy! Bar League every Thursday at 7: 30 pm. As for the apps themselves, you can’t go wrong. The smoked-then-fried wings have earned near-legend status in downtown, and those flats and drums are more than enough to keep people coming back for more. However, we do want to recommend a personal favorite at Voodoo: the pulled pork nachos.
We are big believers in the idea that nachos should be wider, not taller. Spread the toppings out evenly, make sure every chip is loaded with goodness, and prevent sogginess by leaving those poor chips at the bottom of the pile. This is an ethos that Voodoo follows, and it makes for an A+ nacho experience.
