A routine traffic stop took a severe turn in Hillsborough County when deputies arrested 27-year-old Jordenes Joly on charges of drug trafficking. The subsequent alert from K9 Odie gave the officers probable cause, authorizing them to conduct a thorough search which ultimately led to Joly’s arrest upon discovery of the drugs.
