St. Pete city leaders to look at addressing crime in Jordan Park neighborhood

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — After a shooting last week and an increase in complaints to the police department, one St. Petersburg neighborhood is being addressed in council chambers as city leaders search for ways to help.

St. Pete police say patrols have been increased after a slight uptick in complaints from the Jordan Park neighborhood, including the shooting of a man in the neighborhood last Sunday.
