If you’re looking for a reason to get out this week, consider this your sign. Green Bench Brewing (1133 Baum Ave N) is once again turning its beer garden into an open-air gallery as part of its Tampa Bay Beer Week celebration, and this year’s theme says it all: ENJOY.
Kicking off this Thursday, March 12, at 6 pm, the one-night-only event combines local art and craft beer into a who’s who of the St. Pete arts scene, all happening beneath the stars. With 51 participating artists, it’s the kind of show you’ll want to wander through slowly, taking in the art, catching up with friends, and enjoying a beer along the way.
Same canvas, endless creativity
One of the most interesting parts of ENJOY is how the show is structured. Each artist was given the same starting point: a 16×16-inch wood panel, and from there, things went in 51 different directions. The result is a colorful, thoughtful mix of styles and interpretations of the theme, all appearing side-by-side.
Seeing the unique way artists approach the same parameters is part of what makes this show so fun—and so visually satisfying. It’s cohesive without being repetitive, and playful while still feeling intentional.

The show is curated by Chad Mize, whose work is instantly recognizable across Tampa Bay and beyond for its playful doodles, bold colors, and tongue-in-cheek approach.
