Champs Sports is moving its corporate operations into the third floor at 570 Carillon Parkway in St. Petersburg, taking roughly half of the office footprint once pegged for Foot Locker’s global headquarters. The move concentrates more brand-focused roles in north St. Pete and leaves a big chunk of the former HQ footprint open for new tenants or sublease deals.
As reported by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, Champs will occupy the building’s third floor and is set to take up about half of the offices originally tied to Foot Locker’s 110,998-square-foot commitment at 570 Carillon Parkway. The remaining portion of the previously planned headquarters space is now being marketed, in part, for sublease.

FashionJobs lists the 570 Carillon Parkway address for Champs corporate roles, while Foot Locker’s filings and investor materials identify Champs Sports as part of its overall portfolio, according to the SEC.
