Midnight Inferno Turned Murder: St. Petersburg Fire On Neptune Dr. Ruled Arson

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Police have officially classified the fatal house fire that tore through a home at 3963 Neptune Dr. SE early Sunday morning as a deliberate act of arson. What began as a rescue operation at 3:18 a.m. on March 22 has now shifted into a criminal investigation as detectives work to track down those responsible for the blaze.

The fire broke out while four people were inside the residence. Among them was 18-year-old Angelina Anderson, who succumbed to her injuries following the fire.

A 35-year-old woman managed to escape the flames but remains in the hospital in critical but stable condition. Two others—a teenager and a young child—were also in the home at the time but were not physically harmed…
