A century-old four-story office building at 15 8th Street N. in downtown St. Petersburg has listed for $5.46 million.
Built in 1925, the 14,552-square-foot structure, originally the Harlan Hotel, is owned by COhatch Regional Development Ventures (CRDV), an Ohio-based company that restores buildings and turns them into communal working, meeting and event spaces. CRDV has a network of over 30 locations in the Midwest and on the east coast, including four in the Tampa Bay area.
