TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Over a year after Hurricane Helene devastated parts of the Southeast and North Carolina, Samaritan’s Purse is expanding its rebuild program to help families still struggling.
The organization announced it is adding 19 new locations across four different states.
