TAMPA, Fla. – Drivers moving through Hillsborough County this week should prepare for a significant detour. Starting Wednesday, April 29, at 11 p.m., the eastbound I-4 ramps to both northbound and southbound I-75 at Exit 9 will be completely closed to traffic.
The closure is expected to last until 5 a.m. Thursday, April 30, though officials noted the schedule is weather permitting.
