PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A man was sentenced to prison after threatening a woman at her Marion County apartment, during what authorities described as a “parent or guardian’s nightmare.”
On Tuesday, the Marion County District Attorney’s Office announced that 36-year-old Juan Carlos Elias-Perez was sentenced to four years in prison after he was found guilty of unlawful use of a weapon and second-degree criminal mischief.
