A Salem woman was seriously injured Thursday morning in a fatal head-on crash on Highway 18 in Lincoln County.
Oregon State Police say the crash happened at about 10:10 a.m. July 2, near milepost 1. Investigators say a gray Nissan pickup driven by 35-year-old Bryan James Anderson of Grand Ronde was headed east when, for unknown reasons, it crossed into the westbound lane.
