PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Wild and wacky human-powered vehicles that double as art sculptures will take on an unusual challenge in Corvallis that promises to be quite the spectacle.
The two-day Graand Kinetic Challenge, which is part of the city’s Da Vinci Days festival, will take place on July 18 and 19.
