SALEM, Ore. (KPTV) – All northbound lanes of I-5 near the Pacific Highway East intersection have been closed due to a crash on Thursday afternoon.
The crash was reported at around 4:30 p.m.
ODOT says delays of between 20 minutes and two hours are expected as crews continue working at the scene…
