KINGS VALLEY, Ore. — The Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire brought a little piece of the Renaissance to the Willamette Valley this weekend, filling the grounds with knights, costumes, music, food and plenty of old-timey fun.
The annual fair, held Sept. 12 and 13, transforms the Kings Valley grounds into a Renaissance-era village where visitors can explore artisan booths, watch performances and take in historical demonstrations.
