Jessica Knieling, the state’s former head of human resources, will take on a new role in state government, about three months after being terminated amid an investigation of claims she abused her power.
The investigation ultimately substantiated multiple claims against then-Chief Human Resources Officer Knieling and Kyle Weraky, another Department of Administrative Services employee. Weraky resigned from his position as an HR official at DAS on June 26, the same day Knieling was terminated.
