A new, modern Italian food truck that specializes in aptly named burgers, including the Bambino, has arrived in North Salem.
Stadeli’s Roma Burgers opened Sept. 16 at World of Flavors Food Park, owner Jason Stadeli said. The food truck’s offerings also include the Classico, a burger dressed with mayonnaise, tomato, and arugula on a toasted brioche bun.
