Canby, Or. — The Canby Police Department on Sunday released the name of the 13-year-old who was killed after being hit by a driver Wednesday night on South Ivy Street, along with a statement from her family
Police say Quinn Broyles was riding an electric scooter when she was struck by a van driven by Cody Churchwell, 31. Churchwell allegedly sped off after the crash.
