Salem chef and owner of Bearwolf PNW Deli and Catering Joshua St. James, serves up a weekly changing lunch special called the “Do You Trust Me” in addition to a variety of deli sandwiches.
Since introducing the special almost two years ago, the mystery sandwich’s popularity has grown. St. James says he tries to prepare around 35 sandwiches every Friday.
