PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Two arrests have been made in connection with a Newberg property crime spree that began in Nov. 2023, according to the Newberg-Dundee Police Department. Dylian M. Simkins, 28, of Newberg, and Elizabeth E. Moser, 44, of Newberg have both been arrested for crimes relating to an ongoing investigation.
