PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) – Authorities have identified a man who was shot to death in Salem early Wednesday morning.
Officials say Jesus Ramos-Torres, 23, was found dead with an apparent gunshot wound in a vehicle blocking the roadway near 1100 Cordon Road SE.

When officers responded to the scene around 1:30 a.m., they closed the nearby streets for about six hours to begin their homicide investigation. However, police did not make any arrests.
