WASCO COUNTY Ore. (KPTV) – An Oregon State University van with 12 passengers crashed on I-84 coming into The Dalles, according to Oregon State Police. On Tuesday, Jan. 23, the van slid on black ice, went into a snow bank then rolled over onto its side. Police said the van was filled with choir students on their way to sing at a collegiate with multiple other college choirs in Spokane, WA.
