SALEM, Ore. – Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) says an adult in custody died Monday morning. Officials say Ricky Dale Boedeker,65, was incarcerated at Oregon State Penitentiary (OSP) in Salem when he died at a local hospital. The state medical exam has not yet determined the cause of death.
